Cons
It works on a browser extension and any child can easily disable it. Secondly this has to be installed on each browser, again it could be easily disabled or deleted. This also does not work in incognito, so all in all a big bluff, the tech resources were incompetent and their refund is just in the policy they do not refund

Buy it at your own risk, because I have challenged the tech team it does not work and I have proved it to them.

Pros
This is the best monitoring software I have used on our Mac devices. The installation went smoothly and it's now undetectable by my kids and other users of our home computer. It's great to be able to remotely monitor the machine and have all the data uploaded to my online account.

Can't think of any features it lacks. Really works great!

I'm happy I made this purchase after all the research I did on other monitoring products I could use for our home MAC. This seemed to be the best for the price with the most features. The online account is perfect for us since we can check it from any other computer and my wifeand I can both access it.

Installation was very easy and their customer service is available 24/7 if you have any questions or need tech support. The list of features really covers everything you would need to or wish to monitor, even keystrokes. The software runs in stealth mode so it's undetected by the mac user.

I am so happy I ended up buying this monitoring software over the others I was researching. This one seems to have the most features for the price and one big pro is the access to my account online. That means I can get to the recorded data from any computer, not only the Mac I have it installed on.

Pros
I'm really happy to have this software on our home mac computer that my kids use. It allows me to monitor their web activity and emails and chats, plus a ton more information. I feel much better knowing I can keep an eye on this and talk to them if I see anything they shouldn't be doing.

II love that I can keep an eye on the web history, emails, instant messages, etc to monitor our son's new computer. My husband and I have set up the alert words to include what we think could be inappropriate. It's really nice that we can edit this list at any point. The alert words get highlighted and show up in our account whenever they come up on the computer.

We really can't complain. We love using WebWatcher!

I am such a fan of this monitoring software. I've used other brands in the past but nothing compares to WebWatcher. The online account for all the recorded data is so great, since you don't need to keep accessing the Mac it's installed on. It shows you everything in one interface and records so much information!

Pros
My husband and I have used other monitoring software on our children's computers in the past. This is by far the best we have used. It's easy to use and gathers so much data. We love that we can both access our account online from anywhere, which is really comforting when you can't be looking over the teen's shoulder all day.
Cons
We haven't had any trouble with this software and definitely recommend it to others.
