It's just a tiny browser window

Very simple to use, very little impact on computer resources

Supports only online webcameras, need to edit a config file to change the settings
Summary
While this application would certainly work for someone with a specific need of viewing a webpage in a no-toolbars, always-on-top window, that's just it - it does not do anything else. It will not connect to your webcam, it will not stream images off your webcam, it will not let you view your webcam unless you already have a webpage where it is being streamed to.
