WebAlbumWizard is a solution for digital photo album creation. It enables you to create customized HTML Web albums of all your pictures with only two clicks. WebAlbumWizard features a skin system, and a skin tweaking interface, enabling you to create YOUR pages. Some key benefits: Automated reduced images / thumbnails generation; Thumbnails also generated for folders; you can publish original images, or light images (like 640x480), or both. Ultra fast tool with all options needed

Pros
- Ultra fast. Proceeded about 500 images and 40 directories in less than minute 8) <p>- Preserves and builds the original directory tree of all subdirectories with one click (have seen it in JALbum only so far) <p>- Lightweight application written simply and efficient. <p>- Several image compression options with EXIF support. <p>- Multilang <p>- Easy to use 100% freeware. No nags of any kind.
Cons
- Only 4 skins included - You'd have to manually edit config file to make give album more than basic apperiance (not a problem tho). <p>- No project settings saving option

Pros
Does an excellent job of resizing images and the Albums look really great. It's fast and has 2 skins. Best thing It's completely free.
Cons
When I went to validate it for my website it came up with heaps of errors. Also the thumbnails have "Comment" underneath them. I'll be keeping an eye out for an update though as this program has merit.
