Web Picture Toolbar is a simple freeware add-on for your Internet Explorer. If you tried to change the images setting in your browser, you know that it is hidden far away in its Options dialog. This utility makes this task easier. he page without images will be reloaded automatically to load and show its pictures.

Yet another button allows or disallows downloading and displaying Flash applets on the pages you browse. It also contains a button to load all images once on the current page you are viewing. This happens without changing the global setting.
