Pros
It can recover or reset password for more than 60 applications and files in an efficient way.
Cons
The tril version on Windows Password Unlocker can only list the user account and the trial version on other password recovery tools can only recover password with 3 chracters.

I bought this to ease my rebuilding as I'd lost most of my passwords and serial numbers. I paid good money as it advertises that it will help you get ANY serial numbers by you just emailing them details of the program. That statement is NOTHING BUT A LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY. I emailed about 18 programs it was unable to get passwords from. Despite email FOUR TIMES I never got ONE REPLY. Who ever owns this is a lying cheating scab and it shoudl be removed from CNET as it RIPS PEOPLE OFF.

Lying cheating scum bag of a programmer who's only function is to take you money for a heap of JUNK. Apart from that its FAB!

I bought this software reading the features, whereas even after putting it for 2 days the password couldn't be retrieved. The file was a simple file with some max 8 letter simple password (not even encrypted) and still it was a failure.
Summary
They claim a 7 days money back, whereas there is no response from the vendor when I replied to them stating the issues I'm facing. I've tried for 2-3 files so far and so far no success. So my opinion - "NEVER PAY FOR THIS SOFTWARE".
