Vytalize Health is an in home, on demand urgent care service that will dispatch a highly trained medical professional to you within the hour to provide high quality, convenient and cost-effective care!Whether you need urgent care, a medical checkup, a vaccination, or lab work, Vytalize Health is here to help you get back on your feet without having to leave your home or office!Services offered:1) In Home Medical Visit: Select this treatment if you are experiencing the following symptoms or conditions: Cold/cough/flu symptoms, headaches, toothaches, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting, skin rashes and skin problems, eye problems, urinary tract infections, STDs and minor injuries. This service includes an on demand, in home Registered Nurse and a video-conference with a Board Certified Physician. Nurses will perform a physical exam, check vital signs and send the information securely to one of our Board Certified Physicians using an Electronic Medical Records system. During the nurse's visit, the physician is brought in via video-conference to discuss your condition(s), provide a treatment plan, and send an e-prescription if needed. Nurses are also equipped to provide you with on-the-spot symptom relief/treatment via IV fluids and IV medication as needed. The IV medications offered are all FDA approved and routinely used in medical practice.2) In Home Lab Work: Select this treatment if you have a lab script from a doctor and want to avoid the waiting room. A medical professional will come to you on demand or scheduled to draw your blood and/or collect urine samples and deliver them to our partner labs. Lab results are then sent directly to your ordering physician.
