VSU E-Learning Environment (VSUEE) is an Android-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed to facilitate educational delivery across various academic levels. Initially introduced in 2008 for select degree programs, it has expanded to support all levels of education, including junior high, senior high, college, and graduate studies. The platform hosts approximately 2,870 virtual classrooms with around 19,000 active users, making it the official LMS of Visayas State University.

The primary objective of VSUEE is to enhance personalized instruction by enabling students to access educational materials at their own pace and convenience.
