Used Vpn One Click Mac for Mac?
Editors’ Review
VPN One-Click for Mac masks your IP address, so you can browse online without sacrificing your privacy or the security of your accounts. You can choose which country you are connecting from, or you can opt to connect randomly through this app's intuitive interface.
Pros
Clear indicators: The dashboard of this app is clear and makes the controls accessible to users of all experience levels. Through this main interface, you can always see your IP address and whether the VPN protection is online or not. You can also turn protection on and off with just a click.
Cons
Installation loop: During installation, we got caught in a loop, with the app repeatedly asking permission to modify the system. After finally denying the request a few times, it turned out that the app was already installed.
Loading times: Web pages took much longer to load when the VPN protection was turned on than when it was disconnected. Some pages, including Facebook and Gmail never loaded at all, and Amazon took several minutes to come up.
Bottom Line
VPN One-Click for Mac provides valuable protection when you're active online, but it slows down page loads, so much that it can be very frustrating to use. You can try it out for free, though, for two days to see if it's something you can work with. And if you choose to use it, you'll have to subscribe at a rate of $2.99 per month, $14.99 for six months, or $19.99 per year.
