- Until it stopped working 2 weeks ago: -Clear calls -Cheap -Easy-to-use application (iPhones 4S & 5)

- -Awful customer service (interrupt without listening to the problem; severe attitude problems; indifference to problems; poor interpersonal communication skills; poor English). -Disappearing money/credit (I knew I had 5.94 GBP credit in my account, confirmed by my iPhone application, online/Website account, and a subsequent call from the customer complaint department -- but was told the reason I was unable to get calls to go through was I didn't have any credit. -- Mind you, calls were initiated, rang three times, but when my mom or dad picked up, neither one of us could hear the other from our respective ends of the line.) -No courtesy notice when they blocked my account.
- Summary
- When I called to ask why I couldn't make calls after the three rings, I was told that a block was put on my account due to "unauthorized usage". After trying over and over for two weeks, it would've been nice to get an email, text message, or phone call asking me if it was actually authorized or not -- or at the very least to give me a courtesy notice telling me what happened and why I couldn't make calls.
Very bad software and shady company

- in theory it sounds good, but in reality it is poorly written software. do not download and definetley dont give your credit card details to this company.
- Cons
- The software made my nokia and my friends samsung phone crash many times a day. The calls had many dropouts and the call quality is bad. Once the software was removed, the phones never crashed again.
- Summary
- This software is very buggy and the few times it did work, the quality of the call was bad on both ends. I do NOT reccommend this product. Also the company, illegally charged me for 1 month subscription. I am in the process of taking legal action as they do not wish to cooperate even though they are wrong.
