Good volunteer coordination software for non-profits.

Pros
Fairly robust and straightforward web based platform. Outages are rare and quickly remedied. To their credit, Carr Engineering doesn't plaster their logo all over everything like a bunch of insecure jerks so users have a relatively seamless transition between our website and VolunteerHub. I suspect most don't even know they have left our website. The product is a functional workhorse, and (with the exceptions below) its features perform well.
Cons
The reporting feature is a bit hit or miss and older data is sometimes missing or hard to access. While I can't honestly say that all our volunteers "... appreciate VolunteerHub" it seems to work fine for most people. It is certainly the case that we would not be able to handle the number of volunteers we have without this software.
Summary
As far as volunteer coordination software goes not only is this one of the better ones, but the price is reasonable too. Complaints are dealt with quickly and the product does what it claims to do. Unless someone manages a quantum leap forward in volunteer coordination software I can't imagine switching to something new. It isn't flashy but it gets the job done. I recommend it.
