Works, but sound distorted and NO support

Pros
This works really well, in that it does what it says it will do. There are a couple good getting started tutorials included.
Cons
There is NO support from Digital Curiosity. You will NEVER hear from them. There is no valid forum behind the Forum link and they dont answer emails, even though they promise to do so quickly on their website. There is no documentation anywhere for some features (like their XML tags). Sound may be distorted by Flash, this is not an unusual problem with Flash, but they offer no advice as to how to optimise their files.
