Monitor and record applications actions and system resources utilization.

Recording and reporting software defects for QA and tech-support. The vLog (Visual Logger) acts like a black box in an airplane. It records all user-actions on dialogs of specific applications, and monitors many other application and system's resources. It also adds log files and other data files (such as configuration files, Dr. Watson log, registry sections) to the report. vLog can be programmed to send the reports by e-mail, or to attach them to reporting tool.

Pros
The fact that it only records the applications that I want to record is very important. It is also very simple to read and understand the reports.
Cons
It has too many features and we don't have the time to understand and use all of them.

It is an excellent application for QA and Support

Pros
I liked the very simple way to report a defect. I also liked very much the feature that enabled me to edit the report, draw on it and add comments.
Cons
It took me some time to understand what's the hell is Attached-File and what does it give. But when I figured it out and configured it, it really improved the reports.

Pros
I was very interested to read about more of the technical details this product has to offer. It sounded like a very positive and useful QA tool.
Cons
I was very interested to read about more of the technical details this product has to offer. So I tried to go to their website and was greeted with the all-too-familiar: "The page cannot be displayed". So, in my opinion, unless there is a linking error to their site on download.com, I would not trust these developers to produce tools designed to find software bugs!
