Vidy is a free utility app designed for iOS devices, enabling users to send short videos that sync with text via iMessage. This app redefines traditional GIFs by allowing users to communicate more expressively through animated clips that feature relevant quotes. The integrated keyboard function simplifies the process of finding the right video; users can simply search for a quote to access corresponding videos, which play as the text appears. This feature enhances messaging by combining visual and textual communication, making interactions more engaging and dynamic.
The app operates similarly to the GIF keyboard included in iOS 10, but focuses exclusively on this new format of animated expression. Users can easily install Vidy on their iPhones, providing quick access to a library of topical and current video clips. The application is consistently updated to reflect the latest trends in pop culture, ensuring that users can find relevant content shortly after significant events occur. Vidy offers a fresh approach to digital communication, blending humor and creativity in messaging.
