Video Star is an app that lets you create your own music videos using all kinds of songs and whatever images you'd like. You can choose any of your existing videos or take a new one, and then add the perfect musical accompaniment to complete your masterpiece.

Pros

Filters and effects: In addition to setting your video to music, you can also add filters before you record. Choose the look you want, and preview it in the fullscreen before applying it to your film. After you've completed recording your video, you can add some special effects to the images.

Autostop: In order to ensure that your recording matches up with the music perfectly, you can set exactly what part of the song you want to play during the video. After you've chosen the clip, you can start recording, and the app will automatically stop the process when the music ends.

Cons

Outside song downloads: You can use free songs from the app in your videos, or you can choose songs from your iTunes library. But if you do use iTunes songs, you'll have to download them ahead of time. While the app shows you all of your songs, you can't initiate a download from the app. Instead, you have to exit the app, go into iTunes, download the song you want, and then go back into Video Star and find that song again.
