  - 50x faster conversion of Pro version not supported with all formats - Defficient tech support: troubleshooting of streaming video conversion was limited to "try with another PC, it works on mine".

  Summary

  Unfortunately, the Pro version is falsely advertised on the videoconverterfactory website. I bought the Pro version despite a few drawbacks (no automatic shutdown after queue for example) for essentially one reason: the 50x faster conversion promise. This might be true for some video formats, but not for the video formats I had to convert: multiple hours were still necessary to convert a single 1h video. Tech support confirmed to me the 50x faster conversion did not apply to all formats.

  Pros

  I'm a little busy man, so what I consider most is whether it has full converting functions, high converting speed or whther it is easy to use. Obviously, this video converter has these features, so I think it is a good video converter.

  I think the color of the product's interface is dull, I like more colorful and brighter interface, in other words, this products are not beatiful enough. I love beauty, I hope one day this product will become more and more beatiful.

  fast speed no spyware and so on it is very powerful and versatile

  i do not like black interface.

  Summary

  It can adjust resolutjon, video bit rate , audio bit rate. And it edit, crop, capture and so on. the most important is that it is easy to use. I convert almost all video or audio format s with it.it can solve all my problem. so I like it. But I think its interface can change into white. Black is not good.
