  Unstable, unpredictable, no customer service, cannot take number with you should you decide to use another provider

  the features are great. however, i have used this product in 3 different locations over 4 years and have had serious problems on a fairly regular basis at ll 3 locations. why did i stay with them, you ask... because i spent a great deal of money marketing the number, a number which CANNOT be used with any other provider. fax line is constantly down. MAJOR latency. constantly rebooting modem. no customer service. at times, we don't get voice mail for days. right now my lines are down and no one can be reached at ViaTalk AND their website is DOWN. THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH VIATALK WILL SOON BE OVER!
