• Will Never Win Any Customer Service Awards

  Worked wonderfully for a year.

  My incoming emails from the past five days are 'stuck' in the Mail Awaiting Delivery mailbox. There is no 'live' support available at all, only automated responses from the site.

  1. It does catch most of the spam however... my computer slows down a lot with Vetomail. I tried contacting Vetomail, Unfortunately the only answer I got was reference to a page on their web site which did not help. 2. My system requires "cleaning" up which would require Unistalling and re-installing all the programs. I cannot find a way of re-registering without costing another years subscription again! It has been some time since I (repeatedly) emailed VETOMAIL! SAD, BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO BE THE BEST SPAMCATCHER!

  I must have done something wrong. I have had absolutely no problems with Vetomail. Been using it for 6 months. Spam has gone from 50 to 60 per day to 5 or 6. Sorry to hear others experiences have not been as successful.

  I installed this and then had nothing but problems with my network internet connection. It used up incredible memory, sent back and forth so much, so often that I had no web access, and repeatedly sent the notification email to people already approved. I got no response from numerous email to customer service and I cancelled. My credit card was billed for another 3 months after I cancelled. There is no way to contact them to get a refund or to get any help at all.

  I signed up for the subscription because all went well at first, then I realized Vetomail was slowing my PC down to a crawl. No response from 3 emails to tech support. Removed Vetomail configuration and went to All-In-One SecretMaker with better results. Wasted my money.

  A friend had recommended Vetomail to me but I wasn't sure if it would work with Incredimail. I sent a message to Vetomail technical support to ask but they didn't bother to reply. I took a chance and downloaded it anyway. Within an hour of downloading it, I realised that it didn't work with Incredimail so I uninstalled it. 6 weeks later, I've just received my credit card statement and found that they've charged me for 3 months. I've sent them several messages since, but guess what, they haven't replied. It seems to me that VETOMAIL is a big con and is run by crooks. I hope this gets picked up by search engines.

  I have read everyone elses comments. I have been using it for 4 months for free. If you do not upgrade to their pay verison it doesn't cost anything. I love the program. It is wonderful at blocking unwanted email and really useful when it comes to virus's being downloaded. It installed easily and the settings were very presice and clear. I have not tried to uninstall it because I love it so much. And resetting the original email settings if you do uninstall is just a matter of cliking the "use defaults" button.

  and I was charged today by this Vetomail Pty Ltd Brisbane if anyone has seen this, please let me know. Cause it charged me and it's like 3 4 months after I thought I cancled. and, it was for like 9 bucks.
