  Why would I want to convert already slow VB Programs (compared to C and C++) to an even slower language(java). Much less pay 600 bucks for it. Come out with VB to C++ then I'll think about it.

  This converter is a joke! The first demo app doesn't work at all (compiler errors), other demos work within VB with the Converter but not as standalone apps. Stating a package name breaks everything. "JavaSoft" code style doesn't generate code as defined in the Java Coding Convention. This product is for playing. If you have luck, you will be able to convert a mickey mouse application as e.g. a calendar or a calculator and the generated gui looks quite different to the VB gui.

  This is an incredibly well done program, yet the demo version is far too limited. Only VB code with 2 forms, one module, and one class can be converted, and even then the final product has far too much advertising all over it. Nice job, but too many limitations on the demo version.
