This is the home page for the OpenMobility Open Source Palm-based browser suite.

You can now download the beta version of this browser which supports cookies, SSL, WAP, color, and more. The beta version of this software (and subsequently the free version) uses our high-speed internet gateway, and we have single-user and enterprise back-end server-side support to enable you to use your own internet server and gateway.

The browser application you can now download is called "Vagabond", version 1.0b. This full-featured product will run for 30-days, during which time we are seeking your feedback to make this the premier browser for the PalmOS platform. Vagabond is a client-server program that extends Internet access far beyond Palm's traditional web clipping model, and far beyond the defunct DPWeb browser, as you will see. Additionally, our product is published under an Open Source license so, if you wish, you will be able to gain access to the source code for the client and server not only to tailor it to your needs, but to instill your long-term confidence that our product will not simply dry up and blow away or force your permanent dependence on one of our servers.

Vagabond features include the ability for extensive browsing, bookmarking, ssl, cookie, and image support along with messaging capabilities and other things.
