I've downloaded this app 5 times and it continues to come up with a "File is damaged..." error when I try to run it. It looked really promising with a nice implementation, but until I can get it to work, it only gets 1 star. (I keep forgetting about it).
But now that I have the app running, nothing works. Just a bunch of buttons that can't be pressed and a bunch of text boxes that won't allow me to enter anything.
Sigh :-( Rating remains at 1 until I can see this application work...

Updated on Jul 29, 2013
After contacting the developer, an updated version was released which solved both the Gatekeeper problem in Mountain Lion AND the non-working buttons and edit boxes.
For doing quick conversions between the various coordinate systems, it performs well. For geocachers with puzzles that require coordinate finagling, it's a good resource.

Updated on Jul 29, 2013
Can't seem to get the star rating to update, but now that the app is working, I'd give it a 4.

Cons -- sometimes the map redraws are a tiny bit sluggish, but that's due to third party services
