Urban VPN for iOS

Urban VPN is a free security application designed to enhance internet speed and online security through a peer-to-peer networking model. It allows users to connect to 81 servers worldwide, facilitating access to geo-restricted content such as US Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The application does not require user accounts, making it easy to set up and use, although its performance may vary based on server load and connectivity. Users can enjoy unlimited bandwidth, which can improve browsing speeds, although some websites may take longer to load due to the shared nature of the VPN service.

Despite its advantages, Urban VPN presents significant security concerns. The peer-to-peer structure means that user traffic is routed through other users' systems, which can compromise anonymity and safety. Additionally, the application collects user information to maintain its service. Users may encounter difficulties during installation due to verification issues with the digital signature, and the lack of customer support options further complicates the user experience.
