Pros
This is great for backing up my office data to my house. I use it for my employees to backup their laptop data to the office as well. Monitoring service saves a lot of time. Great tech support too.
Cons
No bit-level backups. it's all file level

Great for backing up between multiple locations. The online monitoring makes sure the backups worked. Excellent Tech Support.

Pros
i liked the ability to browse thru the backups to make sure the files were actually there. I backed up my office files to my external hard drive and took it home. i do daily backups at night to my home computer. Works well. my office computer is shaky, so i like knowing i can drive home and get the files i need.

Pros
Very easy to set up and can also do SQL Server and Exchange backups. The file structure preservation is nice because it makes restoring simple. The monitoring service is a good idea for small businesses too.

Doesn't do imaging.
