Unitecast is a user-friendly video recording/webcasting platform. It is typically employed to webcast/record video and integrated presentation sources. These sources include captions, PowerPoint slideshows, web content, images and presenters. Unitecast records content as "combined" MP4 (H.264 and AAC) files using a fail-safe (mission critical) recording protection mode.

Unitecast provides live webcasting support for many streaming servers (e.g., Wowza, NGINX, Adobe Streaming Server) and major Content Delivery Networks (CDN's). Unitecast provides fully integrated PowerPoint slideshow capturing functionality. You can load, manipulate and capture PowerPoint presentations directly in Unitecast. Unitecast supports capturing slides from video capture sources, including frame-grabbers and secondary cameras. Unitecast provides industry leading live captioning capabilities.
