Pros
This software is a very good puzzle generator. The interface is simple and natural.
Cons
Sometimes, if you change your mind on a hint, it is difficult to get the program to recognize the change quickly.

Pros
The UI is intuitive, natural and easy to use. You focus on solving the problem. It's flexible and customizeable and fun to play. It will tell you immediately if you've made a mistake and allow you to backtrack.
Cons
I wish I knew how the difficulty is determined. Some "fiendish" puzzles were rated only 4 stars. I presume that there is not a standard way to rate all Sudoku puzzles.
