Undercover Diner is a mobile application for restaurant owners and their management staff to conduct their own Mystery Diner program. It allows owners to gain valuable feedback from diners that pose as regular patrons who fill out an Onsite Diner Form via their mobile device while dining.Its unique in that it allows owners to use people they know and trust as Undercover Diners, instead of paying a company $150-$450 to use people the Owner doesn't know and whether they are qualified or not, to make such valuable judgments about their business.Through an Owner Instruction Job Post, owners can specify a date and time theyd like the Diner to visit their restaurant, certain items the diner should pay attention to or look for while on property, which menu items to order and where to sit among other specs. After submitting their instructions, the Undercover Diner receives an email with a link to install the Owners custom page as an app to their mobile device homescreen allowing for quick and easy access to both the owners instructions and a link to the Onsite Diner Form.Upon completion of their meal and form submission, an email is sent to the owner with the results of Diners responses and a link to the Final Summary Report Page along with a full 10 page PDF with all Onsite Diner Form responses.The app is a companion to the program that gives the owner a suite a tools to assist them in providing their Diner with as much information as possible prior to their onsite visit, tools such as an Owner Camera Bag allow the Owner to take photos and add text, graphics, and pre-designed covers to them which they can then send to the Diner from the app.The app is freely distributed so owners can learn more about the the Undercover Diner program and how it works, in order to Post an actual job request you are able to purchase a Job Post via In-App Purchase.
