The software worked fine for me initially

Tried to load on my new computer and it won't accept the unlock key and support will not return my numerous Emails asking for help. I even provided my original receipt with the codes they sent me. They could be out of business but the site is still there!

This product does exactly what is said it would. I downloaded it and placed a dvd into my computer and it played. It gives wonder options like full screen, ratio sizes, and always on top. You can watch while you work or you can use full screen.
Cons
It costs money. All things would be better if they were free. However, who would want to keep writing programs you can't make money on. I wouldn't do it.

Ever since installing this program, I only had problems with my computer. Above that, while it was still installed it did not work properly and made my computer crash when I tried to watch DVD's with it... STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!

It forced me to download Microsofts latest updates to for multi-media for an hour or two and then after all thst I find the sound quality makes the DVD unwatchable. Sound constantly cuts in and out. Have asked for a refund but have not received a reply. With the cost of downloading the software and updates it has cost me far in excess of the USD29.95.

Summary
These companies should tell you that the DVD player is only going to work for 5 minutes before closing on you. That's no time to be able to judge a product. A day or two would be nice. So I must conclude that they have something to hide about their product and therefore it's sucks.
