  The version I downloaded worked well. The only limitation was it converted one file at a time. It converted my videos to Flash flv format. It gives instructions in a "readme" folder explaining how to place the flv file into a Flash viewer, and then insert the Flash viewer into your web page. Even has a link to an online wizard that creates the Flash player code. You copy and paste the code into your web page, and add your flv video link. You'll want to play around and increase the settings to get the quality and file size you want for your video.

  Cons

  You need some basic technical knowledge to get your converted file to your web page. No big deal, just read the information in the "readme" folder, and work through it.

  this is very easy flash converter it can convert flv avi wmv easy and fast. its realy free but if u want to enable batch convert to convert more than one file in time you have to buy the software. <p> <p>who care 's Just convert your files one after one
