Decent for what I want it for

Summary
It's good for what I wanted for, that is to convert quicktime movie files into something usable by StarEdit. Only one problem with it: When it converts a file with Quicktime, the memory skyrockets. (a 373k file jumped to 100+MB!) Either that, or it doesn't work all. (mostly with System 7 format) Still, it works, and I spent two years looking for something like this. You make so with what you have.
good, solid program

It does what I wish a lot of other more expensive programs would do. It converts file types, does a quick, stable job of recording. Great for small jobs.

It does a great job at converting files, but for recording, the sound quality is pretty sub-par, even compared to something like Iomega's RecordIt.
Its name says it all.
