Udemy is an online learning platform connecting students with instructors. It's a massive marketplace of courses, from coding to photography. You only pay for the courses you want to take.

  • Pros

    • Huge range of topics: something for almost everyone | Learn at your own pace, fitting busy schedules | Accredited instructors, hopefully they are good | Small class sizes offer more individual attention

  • Cons

    • You have to pay for each individual course | Quality can vary wildly between instructors | No real accreditation, it's more like YouTube
