It also needs to be able to run under Snow Leopard which is not indicated on their web site. Add those two improvements and it would be great.

Long ago on OS9 there was an app like this called, "Action Go Mac." It was actually pretty cool as OS9 just had the Task Strip. After all these years past OS9 there is no need for this. Now a days if someone wants a Windows interface, they'll just use --- well --- friggin Windows. This thing just goes against the entire interface in a bad way. I mean, the reaction to seeing this thing in action is visceral. NO, just NO! GONG! GONG! GONG! Screw the obvious Human Interface Guideline infractions. This code turd doesn't even make navigation of the OS better. uBar has made an innovation by making OSX more complicated than it's Windows brother. This should be renamed, FuBar. It blows big time and I mean that in the highest of goat way. Bahhhhhhhhhhhh. Remember kids, bah means, " NO!"
I haven't seen anything this bad since Alpha Omeg...

Let alone this incompletely designed piece of crud (yes, I couldn't help myself - I just had to try it - it's like rubbernecking at a car wreck, you know it's wrong but you can't help yourself)... Avoid.
