Looks like a nice little tool. If the developer reads this PLEASE FIX IT and let me /us know ... I would try again

zip file with several graphics, 2 xml files and no instructions
Summary
I would really like to see this work and would try it again if its fixed or I know what to do with it and how to install it. It almost seemed like something was missing or it was supposed to work with another item TOO BAD

easy to use,fast enough for me. can be used to convert mp4 to avi for playback in windows media player,perfect for bi-torrent downloaders!
