TVServer is an application that makes your PC to Personal Internet TV Station by using TV Tuner Card, Windows Media Encoder 9 series, and Internet Information Server or TVServer's own Web Server function. From now on, You can enjoy your country/region's TV programs at anywhere in the world via Internet.
Version 4.1.3 fixed a bug that causes fatal error if the client computer's Windows Media player requests.
