Works well and is free
Magocuya- Pros
- I agree with the other reviewer pointing out that the context menu isn't installed on windows 7. Maybe there is a workaround somewhere.
- Cons
- Could do with an update
- Summary
It needs to be updated to accomodate 7 x86 & x64
mdagtek- Pros
- 1-) It has all of the stuff you would need from a all-in-one decompressor and most popular compressor formats. 2-) You can add extra (de)compressors by providing the executables.
- Cons
- It doesn't handle the Context menu of Win 7.
- Summary
- Perfect, if you are still using XP. Not so much, for 7.
ALMOST PERFECT!
agnusdei 2000- Pros
- It works as what it promise to do. Fast Effective many usable functions. ?t represent everything that what winrar does
- Cons
- It should be improved
- Summary
- Worth to use..........
Look good at the first look, but that's all
cdebel2005- Pros
- It look good. It's able to compress/uncompress many format (zip, rar and others)
- Cons
- It doesn't threat Accentuated characters correctly (it replace them with some Junk characters). The Update option doesn't work (Getting a message "Unable to connect to: www.tugzip.com"). A bit slow to compress...
- Summary
- Sorry to say that, but the bug with accentuated characters exist since 2005, and 2008 will end soon... so it's more likely that this bug won't be solved until 2015. Sorry, but i work in french 99% of the time, and if it doesn't accept characters of my language, i can't use it! I would have given 2 stars if this bug exist since less than 6 months, but almost 4 years... common!
Awesome free software!

Excellent Software and Free!
boscorocks- Pros
- What a great find. I reinstalled Windows 2000 on a couple of older computers and I really dislike WinZip. This program is fast, simple and handles so many different types of archives, even ISO. Highly recommended!

GoodDayToYouToo- Pros

Powerful Application
Mike98- Pros
- Easy to install and uninstall. Very stable and excellent for older systems like Windows 98 SE. Works with 29 file formats. Because Quick Zip crashes Windows 98 SE when shut down, I think TUGZip is the best choice. I am very satisfied with TUGZip.

Zip It Up and Zip It Down!
Vocal Motion- Pros
- Shell integration makes it ideal for those of you who like uniformity. Decompresses quite fast and supports a plethora of formats. Free and easy to use.
- Cons
- I have encountered next to zero problems with Tugzip. In addition, this application may cease to be developed as stated by its author on Tugzip's homepage. ( D= )
