TriDone: Simple To Do List for Android

TriDone: Simple To Do List from Novus Tools is a minimalist Android planner designed to help users regain focus by limiting daily goals to three. The app implements a focused daily routine with quick add and swipe gestures, a clean distraction-free interface, and morning reminders to kick-start the day. It also tracks streaks with a 12-month heat map and serves students, freelancers, and professionals who prefer a no-frills daily planner emphasizing essential priorities.

What is TriDone used for?

TriDone is a single-purpose daily planner built for concentrated, day-by-day work rather than multi-project management. The app preserves privacy by operating entirely offline with no account requirement and no data collection, so all items remain on the device. For professionals who handle sensitive notes, this local-only design reduces external data exposure while keeping task entry immediate and private.

How does TriDone structure a working day's tasks?

The app orients work around a constrained daily flow with explicit slots for planning today and a separate "Tomorrow" area that avoids cluttering the current day. It keeps a task history archive for reviewing past accomplishments and offers configurable daily reset times, which adapts the planner to nonstandard schedules. Completion also produces shareable cards that make communicating daily wins simple without exposing full task lists.

What file formats and sharing options does it offer?

TriDone supports data export in plain text, enabling manual transfer of lists into documents or messaging apps. There are no built-in cloud syncs or third-party integrations, so collaborative, real-time editing is not available. The export is suitable for copying records into project tools, but teams seeking automatic syncing or shared task boards will find coordination features absent.

How does TriDone perform on standard Android devices?

The installer is approximately 22 MB and the app targets modern Android devices with a lightweight footprint. Common interactions use swipe-to-complete gestures with haptic feedback, and users can choose light, dark, or system theme plus custom notification sounds. Those elements make the app responsive for quick task handling on typical business-grade phones without requiring higher-performance hardware.

TriDone suits solo workers who need strict daily focus, not team coordination

TriDone is a concise option for individuals who want a constrained, single-day planning tool and prioritization discipline. The design favors personal productivity over collaborative features, so it is less suitable for managers or teams that require shared task tracking. For anyone managing daily priorities and personal routines, TriDone offers a tight, privacy-focused environment that keeps attention on only the most important items each day.
