TracingMat for iOS

TracingMat is a free iOS application that effectively turns your iPhone into a portable light table, ideal for artists and crafters. Users can display images on their screen, allowing them to trace designs onto paper placed directly on the device. This functionality is particularly useful for those looking to replicate artwork or create new designs based on existing images. The app supports various image manipulations, including moving, zooming, flipping, and rotating, to accommodate different tracing needs.

The user-friendly interface includes a settings menu accessed via a gear icon, where users can upload images and adjust brightness levels for optimal visibility. While using TracingMat, it is recommended to work in a slightly darkened environment to enhance image clarity. Users should also consider using a protective film on their screens to prevent scratches, as the developer disclaims liability for any potential damage.
