Remote Desktop Sharing: Remotely view and control customers' desktops in real time. Share your desktop or invite others to share remote desktops. With authorization from the customer, take control of the mouse and keyboard on the remote computer to quickly resolve configuration issues or demonstrate solutions. Multi-Session: Create up to 10(3 for demo) remote support sessions to simultaneously support multiple clients at a time. Easy File Transfer: Easily transfer files and folders between the remote computer and yours. Simply type Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to transfer files in either direction. Use the drag and drop feature to transfer files and folders from your computer to the remote computer. Auto-Reconnect/ Auto-Reconnect in Safe Mode: Automatically reconnect and resume the support session after rebooting either into normal or safe mode. Text Chat: Chat with your client in real time. Where speech variations or accents may be a problem, Text Chat ensures successful communication. Annotation Tools: Visually communicate with your clients using a virtual "laser pointer" and drawing tools. Clients can also draw, circle, and mark areas where they need help. Multi-Monitor Support: View remote desktops when your client is using multiple monitors. Session Recovery: Continue a connected remote support session even if there is a short network interruption. Your TouchMyPC session will automatically resume after the Internet connection is restored. Invite additional agents or transfer session: Invite other agents to collaborate on issues to optimize service performance. Transfer the session to another agent to accomplish a one-call resolution.
