Pages, other apps > "Open in" W'less Adapt. > no good?

Pros
Useful, but only for viewing USB content?
Cons
Cannot upload anything except 'Local Content' (downloaded from USB drive) - and only change is 'rename'. Cannot find way of uploading anything edited on iPad.
Summary
Will not return Adapter: somewhat useful. Perhaps I am merely suffering from poor documentation problem? Please test your documentation on "guinea-pig users" - only way of being understood!! "Clever" guys do not always write in user language!
