Intended for those already familiar with Food Exchanges used by dietitians to create satisfying, balanced meals while controlling portions, carbs, fats, and sugar intake. NOT a food tracker with an extensive library of foods or exchanges and their calorie counts. **Sorry--app is not currently compatible with Android 10, but we are working on it.
