CalemEAM Community Edition includes modules of dashboard, work order, asset, PM, inventory, requisition, purchase, RCM, contract, vendor and many more. Admin module with designer features to customize module access list, forms and reports. Work order module to manage maintenance work activities. Scheduling module to manage worker shifts. Asset module to define asset structures and track asset cost. PM module to define time/meter based preventive procedures. Inventory module to track parts/tools. Requisition and Purchasing module to manage parts ordering and purchase orders. Many other modules including RCM, project, document, training, inspection, contact, contractor and budget.

Version 2.1 assets reports and exports to Excel.
