Easy to use. Full of useful features

Pros
It is one of the easiest tools that I have ever used. Fun to work with. Its set of features are second to none and provide an excellent way of generating .NET objects and code that is very easy to understand.
Cons
UI is excellent for a product so focused to on code generation and OR mapping but still could be made better if TierDeveloper wants to dominate the code generation market.
Summary
The template based nature of the product makes it a breeze to change the way code is generated.

TierDeveloper is an Object-to-Relational (O/R) mapping tool that integrates with Visual Studio versions 2002 and higher. TierDeveloper maps Relational Database
Cons
Author's Note: Watch out! If you do create unmapped objects and choose to export DDL scripts for them, be sure to uncheck "Export Data Source tables" (checked by default) if you don't want your database tables emptied of all their existing data when you run the resultant script.

Pros
Before I used TierDeveloper, I believed code generators always produced inefficient and bulky code. But, TierDeveloper has convinced me that the right tool can generate well-designed and high-performing code suited for a high-traffic application.
Cons
TierDeveloper has saved us a lot of time in our web project. I love it and would recommend it to anyone. I even used it to teach myself .NET programming in C# and VB.NET both.
