Used 더크루 The Crew for Android?
Editors’ Review
더크루 The Crew, developed by 인텔리이펙트, is an Android application that centralizes store management for self-employed owners and managers. The app combines work scheduling, digital attendance stamps, automated payroll calculation, task checklists, internal messaging, and order tracking into one mobile interface aimed at reducing administrative fragmentation. Key capabilities include multi-store oversight, server-side attendance processing, and language options. It targets café, restaurant, and retail operators who manage staff from smartphones.
The app centralizes operational duties into a single mobile control point
The app is presented as a unified tool that brings scheduling, attendance recording, payroll computation, checklist management, internal announcements, and order handling into one Android client. That layout suits owner-managers who need quick situational awareness from a phone, and the multi-store feature allows a single account to supervise several branches without maintaining separate systems.
Daily workflows are mapped to checklists, time-stamps, and automatic calculations
Workflows convert recurring tasks into concrete actions: owners set opening and closing checklists, staff complete those items, and crews record clock-in and clock-out stamps that the server processes. Key workflow elements include
- Checklist-driven routines for consistent shift handovers
- Server-side attendance processing that feeds wage computations
- Custom rule-based payroll for allowances and hourly calculations
Part-time crews and non-specialists can adopt the app with modest training
The app includes language options, including English, and is aimed at part-time and full-time staff in retail and hospitality, reducing onboarding friction for mixed-experience teams. Structured checklists guide day-to-day tasks, so employees focus on operational steps rather than menu navigation. Regular updates from the developer add features and UI tweaks, which helps maintain a current experience on supported Android devices.
Multi-location oversight and intra-store communication are built into the workflow
Managers gain cross-branch visibility through the multi-store account model and an internal communication channel for announcements and staff conversations. Order management functions let an owner review and cancel store orders within the same environment. Active maintenance from the developer has introduced these modules, aligning the app to owners who prefer a single mobile point for both coordination and administrative follow-up.
Pros
- Automated payroll calculations from recorded attendance stamps
- Checklist system enforces opening and closing procedures consistently
- Multi-store account lets one user oversee several branches
- Internal messaging and order review kept within the same app
Cons
- Android-only client may not suit desktop-first accounting workflows
- Custom payroll rules require initial configuration time
- Relies on staff adoption of digital clock-in/out stamps
Bottom Line
The app suits mobile-first store owners who need consolidated oversight
The app is a practical option for self-employed and small-chain managers who operate from smartphones and need a single place to coordinate staff and branch activity. It benefits teams that accept a mobile-first workflow and regular app updates, while owners who require desktop-centric accounting or integrated corporate payroll systems should confirm report export and reconciliation needs before adopting it as their primary back-office tool.
