Complete Ripoff, I'd give it zero stars if I could :-(

- Everything. SO many bugs it only worked twice, same with the backpage submitter they sell. Nothing worked correctly and it kept freezing my computer. After contacting the BBB they sent me a condescending email that they said they would fix it. And basically called me stupid, and said something was wrong with my computer. They finally refunded my money on the deadline day that the BBB had given them. Otherwise the BBB was going to escalate the claim. Pathetic service.
- Summary
- It never worked properly. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. Took me almost two months to get a refund. And I think the only reason they finally gave me a refund was because I filed a report with the BBB, otherwise they would still have my money...and I would have a crappy product that still didn't work. NEVER buy from them. I can't believe they are still in business.

- It's like hope in a bottle. At first you finally think you've found the good stuff, as specially for that kind of $$$. But then...

- You realize after your purchase that, it's not all it was put out to be. I've used this software for over a year an still cant get even 1 website added to the Classified Connection software. I've watch every video four times and have taken all the notes in the world and have even done it step by step with the help videos and still the software never pulls up any of the sites I try to add.
- Summary
- Honestly, less costly in time and money for you to actually post your ads one by one yourself. I GUARANTEE IT %100 !

- Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! Hang most of the time! Cannot post a single advertisement! Refund policy was not true even though it was promise on the website! The product is not even close to Microsoft windows interface.

- Never buy this product! I did not believe all the negative comment until I experience it myself. I thought that I am good with using software product, But I am totally wrong especially if the product cannot even work in the first place. One thing you can be assured is you are going to waste your money if you buy. Do not believe that the product exists for a long time. It does however has a long list of buyer's complaint!

- Purchased this software 20+ days ago and i tested this software after reading user guide. But this is completely useles crap application i have ever seen in my life. after requesting refund they asked me to disable activation and send actiovation code via email. i send the deactivation code 10 days ago. But still no refund no replies! This is complete scam.

- I really thought that this product would be very nice. However, most classified ads, at least the one's I tried to work with required a cmrjamcmaption to be entered before it would accept your ad. This renders the software useless. I feel like I wasted $150,
Great Program and Support Team

- 1. You can submit multiple ads within minutes without repeatedly typing the ads over and over. 2. Great support team and help with in-depth help videos. 3. Very easy to understand once you learn how the program operates. 4. You can add new sites.

- 1. Some submissions are semi-automated because of the capthca codes. 2. Could use a better designed program interface.

- I have had this program for a while and have had nothing but an excellent experience with the program and the technical support team. When I first purchased I had some issues with freezing also. I called the company directly because their phone number is clearly posted on the website and sent email requests. Someone answered every call and email. They helped me to figure out why the system was freezing, btw, the reason was listed in the help. I love the program and I am having good results. I think everyone should take a look for themselves. Remarkable program!!!
Did not reply emails on Technical & REFUND request!

- The team is irresponsible and never assist the PC based user that is technically challenged, thus unprofessional from all aspect as you will be ignored completely after you paid.

- 1. Technical Department did not reply email on help requested and finally 1 email was replied after 1 week; with responses that it was caught in SPAM 2. Once you have paid, you are on your own irrespective if the program is working properly or not 3. On their website, it clearly said 'take this trial and FULL REFUND if unsatisfied within 60 days'. For the starter, they ask me WHY and never response to me again irrespective how many emails i reminded them i am awaiting their responses. Conclusion, I was ignored and i never heard from them again and of course, they ignored the refund request completely. Note: i only managed to use for 5 days Try calling to the service centre, they will tell you maybe a partial refund can be processes.

- Ease of Submission. The system is pretty easy to setup. It has a wizard to get you started immediately. Submitting is virtually effortless.

- Because of the technology of new classified sites adding your own sites takes a bit of undrstanding, but once done it is worth it.

- The Classified Connection is a lifesaver if you do not want to keep typing in classified advertisements over and over. I wanted a program that could post my ads over and over and save me time. I understand that I had to do my due diligence and work hard at it. The program is not a cure all for online advertising but for the cost you cannot beat it. What takes me hours to do manually takes just minutes with the program. I had to have my computer up-to-date and I did have to read the help and watch the videos to understand everything, but it was worth the time and effort. The software seems to e very advanced in what it does. I have talked with the company on many occasions and if they were not there when I called, they always called me back and the help I was given was right on point. If a person is willing to put the work in the program is great. This is the best-classified submission program on the market and I recommended it to all my friends. I simply love it!
