  Pros

  Many Features, marketing campaign, document library, statistics, sales process tools. Browsing feature (forward and back) is nice addition. Can dial direcly and email (but not very convenient, read more)

  Cons

  sluggish, cluttered, functions are totaly unrelated, many features are not necessary (e.g. why do I need to sort or filter contacts by their email addresses). Sales part should be separate from the support and post-sales part, not merged like here. Clicking in a Task in Homeview takes me into task view. I don't need that, I want to see the contact history, phone number etc.. Summary: Although many features, they are not interconnected and thinking forward.
