Tap the Balloons for Android

Tap the Balloons is an uncomplicated game featuring vibrant colors and cheerful bugs that are set free when you pop a balloon. Even though the app doesn't offer a lot when it comes to features, it can probably still keep young children entertained for a little while -- this is not an app for adults.

Tap the Balloons only includes two game modes. One sends out 100 balloons across your screen, which you should tap over the course of about one minute. The other gaming mode is a bit more demanding, as you will have to avoid pressing bombs, which when hit, take one of your three lives. Playing the game in this mode can easily take five to ten minutes to complete. That said, this app could really benefit from some additional features, animations, variations, or even levels in order for us to rate it higher. Now this doesn't mean that you're little one(s) won't be entertained with this app; but don't download it with the hope that they will play it for hours straight and be peaceful from the backseat of your car on a long journey. Chances are they will have enough of it after just ten minutes.

Overall, Tap the Balloons is a decent app for young kids. The main menu of the game shows two additional game modes, which perhaps will be added soon by the developer. These will be a welcome addition as the app could use some diversity and refining.
