Spotlight simplify searching for files by tag (or tags), without requiring the user knowledge of the exact names of files or their contents. However, to assign a label to the document to quickly find not so simple. Keywords can include the name of the document or open the file properties and to prescribe tags in the field "Comments Spotlight". Tags - one of the most visually attractive applications. - This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I've tried all the OSX tagging aps--some that integrate with Spotlight and others that don't--and this is by far the simplest, yet most capable ap out there. Particularly love that I can tag individual emails and web pages from the same interface as everything else. No need for multiple tag applications. UI is a little boring for me (would love to see something totally in line with Snow Leopard or iTunes 9), but it does its job well and that's really what counts. On the UI, check out Default Folder did with their system extension, Mr. Dev. Otherwise, keep up the great work.
