A speedy tagger with an optimal automation/manual ratio

Pros
Highly automated MP3 album tagger that can retrieve info from online sources, but offers an option to correct the found metadata manually. Discovers art for most of your albums, limiting image size when embedding, so your mp3s won't grow too large. Good semi-automatic tracklist discovery/correction feature.
Cons
Works only on a folder level, so - of little use for collections of diverse unlabeled tracks. Also, could have support for some popular formats other than MP3.
Summary
I do like this program for the high level of automation it offers. This is quite an unusual app for the world of mp3 taggers; however, its utility is limited.

Pros
+ quick, largely unattended auto tagging + prompts on missing mp3 metadata only when cannot correct an error automatically + really helps with preventing the albums downloaded on PC from falling apart on my iPhone + auto cover art embedding, quite swift thanks to using both local and online images + no Java, .Net, or other special requirements + low footprint, easy to use
Cons
- only can use filenames for missing track titles in auto tag mode, though excludes artist and album from the file names - doesn't get genre from Discogs, and does not allow genre modification other than through the auto-unify feature - no customized rename option - get tracklist from Discogs feature does not always provide good results
Summary
This little app is sure to help the users of the devices that synchronize music through iTunes in keeping their mp3 albums accessible. It can be used for general auto tagging, too, but only you don't care much for details like strict genre concordance. Also, not of much help with organizing mp3 libraries on your HDD. However, the auto cover art discovery feature turned out to be pretty solid.
