This software didn't work and they did not refund money

Buyer Beware!!!! The software did not perform as advertised.

I buy lots of software and am either satisfied or, on rare occasions, ask for my money back. This is the first software review I have ever written and the first time I have ever not been fully satisfied with a purchase.
Summary
I bought this software and installed it after many calls to tech support. It didn't work as advertised and the full version did not perform as implied by using the trial version. I requested my money back within hours of downloading from the same person "Stella" whom I had talked repeatedly to for tech support. "She" told me that I would have to "follow procedure", which included questions designed to convince me that I had somehow gotten what I had paid for. This was despite the fact that they offer a "30 day money back guarantee". I finally gave up and filed a grievance with Pay Pal.

Summary
I came across this magnificent tool around 6 months ago. Since that time, the tool is working flawless. It can easily extract images from the PDF file. I have not installed Acrobat Reader, still I'm able to get the best quality pictures out of the PDF file. Thanks to SysInfoTools PDF Image Extractor Tool. Best part about the tool is that the image quality is maintained while the extraction process is on. So happy using it ..
