Excellent software

Pros
Excellent and user friendly software. I did a big project. Without this wonderful and handy software, it would not have been possible. Also it did not report any problem.
Cons
Unlike flash projecter EXE, the application will try to install flash player whenever it is required. I recommend to have a native built in flash player attached to itself (instead of installing everytime it is required).
Summary
A handy software which is doing the job.

Pros
The program works just fine, but like most programs it may present some inconvenients when specific use situations arise.
Cons
The support for the software in case you have a problem with it is THE WORST. They have a third party supplier for tech support and that supplier changed since october '08 so now they only give support to purchasing customers from that date on.
Summary
It is outrageous and definitely unacceptable that they abandon old paying customers just because they changed the tech support provider. If they decide to do this, they should figure out a way to keep providing support for clients who purchased the software before the new provider came in.
