  There are other more complex programs with many more features, but then you just want to quickly convert your youtube or what-have-you video's then this is one for your tools folder.

  I tried others, and either they we so complicated I couldn't understand what was going on, or they just didn't work. This one is the tops.

  Pros

  It has a small installation footprint, is compatible with my Windows 7 x64, is easy to use, loses no quality that I can tell and has no hiccups that I have found thus far.

  None that I have witnessed up to this point.

  I would recommend this conversion tool to anyone wanting a simple and non-invasive tool for converting video formats.

  Small download file. Converts by drag and drop and pretty fast too.
