• Low End Program, Hard to Register

  I really didn't like much about this program other than the fact that it loaded with no problems and set-up was pretty simple.

  Cons

  Go to register this software and the link in the program takes you to a website that has no information about the program that you are trying to register. This program isn't worth your time, there are many others that are much better, keep looking

  Overall, don't waste your time. When you are in business there are enough things that take up your time, this program would just be adding one more to the list.

  This is fast, versatile, and configurable. <p>Most of all its simple to use and set up. <p>I've tried and used dozens of invoice programmes. This is the easiest to use since an old DOS programme called My Invoice from a long time ago.

  Cons

  Only fly in the ointment is that it could use a second tax table for Canadian GST (or VAT in Europe). <p>However even that is easy to calculate if you merely create an inventory item called GST (or whatever) and use the extended total as the quantity, and add it as a sold item. In fact the sale by item breakout will even give you your monthly totals if you tinker a bit. <p>Five stars even with that little glitch.

  I like the fact that it is easy to operate and it has the ability to use pictures for the staff that order who are not very sure as to what to order. Quick response for the author also impressed me. I hope a help file will be included in the near future for my rookie employees.

  Easy to set up, I've been using Super Invoice for over a year and belive that if you want invoicing, free form or template, client and stock data bases then you should try Super Invoice. This program breaks the rule you get what you pay for. I really like the fact that you retain full function weather you register or not, although if you decide to register for updates etc. the cost is low and you do it because you want to and not because you have to. I also like being able to change anything I want on the go, you can change the price of an item as you write an invoice without updating stock database etc, also reports are useful and easy to use. Would suit anyone who wants computer based invoicing without the cost and lack of freedom that a full accounting package has.
